Responsibilities:
  • Own engineering & construction across TexasLead multiple Project Managers in-region
  • Drive FTTH builds (greenfield + BEAD)
  • Resolve field issues and delivery blockers
  • Ensure build quality and engineering standards
  • Manage vendors and construction partners
  • Maintain pace toward year-end build targets
  • Align engineering, construction, and field teams
Skills / Must Have:
  • Fiber engineering + construction background
  • Led large-scale FTTH build programs
  • Managed multiple concurrent deployments
  • Hands‑on, field‑driven leadership style
  • Strong problem‑solving in live builds
  • Rural or BEAD‑funded project experience (ideal)
  • Location & Working Pattern
Location: Austin/Bastrop or North/Northeast Houston
Full‑time, permanent Leading ~5,000 miles of fiber build at scale Highly selective process (2–3 hires max shortlist)
