Medical Aesthetician

Position Overview: The Medical Aesthetician will play a critical role in delivering elevated patient experiences while driving clinical results and revenue growth. This individual must be both clinically skilled and sales-minded, with the ability to build strong client relationships, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and confidently recommend services and products. You will work alongside a highly trained clinical team to ensure each patient receives customized care aligned with their aesthetic and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities: Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including chemical peels, Diamond Glow, and laser procedures (BBL, HALO, MOXI, Skin Tyte) Conduct in-depth consultations to assess patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and set clear expectations Deliver advanced services such as PRP hair restoration and other regenerative treatments Educate patients on medical-grade skincare and home care regimens to optimize outcomes Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-up care Collaborate with providers and the clinical team to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes Actively contribute to practice growth through cross-selling, treatment plan conversions, and retail sales
