Hand Tool Assembler

What You'll Do: Assemble electrical control panels and switchgear components according to work instructions and blueprints. Use hand tools, power tools, drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, and other assembly equipment. Install, connect, and route electrical and mechanical components. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all production, quality, and safety procedures.

Requirements: Previous experience using hand and power tools is required. Work history must reflect hands-on experience in manufacturing, assembly, construction, installation, maintenance, automotive, carpentry, or other mechanical environments. Ability to read and follow work instructions and assembly diagrams. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a production environment throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Pay & Shifts 1st Shift: $17.00/hour 2nd Shift: $18.70/hour
