You'll optimise schedules, coach operators, and guarantee compliance while keeping projects safe, on time, and cost-effective. Your role is key to delivering brilliant solutions and driving continuous improvement across our operations. Motivate and coach teams to work safely and efficiently. Optimize planning of operators, equipment, transport, and travel based on project needs. Act as the first point of contact for operators, riggers, and drivers, ensuring clear communication. Handle resource rentals and manage invoices and purchase orders according to guidelines. Monitor worksheet flow and maintain accurate registration of equipment. Approve leave requests and manage absence according to local procedures. Participate in departmental meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives. Report to the Planning Supervisor and collaborate with the local management team.
