Construction Project Manager

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Base Salary: $95,000–$125,000

About the Opportunity: We’re partnering with a growing Cincinnati-based commercial general contractor looking to add a Project Manager to its team. This is an opportunity to join a smaller, entrepreneurial organization in an exciting stage of growth. The company has established a strong base of repeat clients, including several highly reputable organizations throughout the Cincinnati market, and has a targeted five-year growth plan in place. Their work is primarily focused on commercial renovations, tenant improvements, and interior buildouts throughout Greater Cincinnati. With a lean team and continued growth ahead, this is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor and have a meaningful impact on both projects and the future of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing: Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction and turnover through closeout Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Work closely with Superintendents and field teams to keep projects moving efficiently Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal leadership Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Help maintain the high level of service that has driven a strong base of repeat clients Take on increasing responsibility as the company continues to grow What They’re Looking For 3+ years of commercial construction experience, ideally with a General Contractor Experience managing or supporting commercial renovation, tenant improvement, interiors, or similar projects Strong understanding of project management fundamentals including cost, schedule, documentation, and subcontractor coordination Strong communication and client-facing skills Organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment Someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit team and wants the opportunity to grow alongside the company Why This Opportunity Stands Out This is not a highly layered corporate environment.
