Project Manager & Office Lead - Civil Engineering | Valparaiso, IN

About the Role: The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering DOT or LPA roadway and infrastructure projects, including roadway design, trails, and underground utilities. In this hybrid role, you will serve as both a Project Manager and Office Lead, balancing technical delivery with day-to-day leadership of the office and its staff. From a project perspective, you will oversee design development, manage project schedules and budgets, and coordinate with clients, agencies, and internal team members to deliver high-quality civil engineering plans. This role requires practical design experience using Civil 3D or Micro Station and the ability to apply sound engineering principles to real-world solutions. As an Office Lead, you will provide local leadership and mentorship, support staff development, and help foster a positive, collaborative work environment aligned with our family-first culture. You will assist with workload planning, resource coordination, and communication between the office and firm leadership, helping ensure consistency in quality, responsiveness, and teamwork.
