A fast‑growing climate-tech company is looking for a Vice President of Design & UX. This role is an opportunity to lead and scale the design function for a fast-growing technology business, shaping the user experience across multiple digital products. Reporting to the Product leader, you'll define design strategy, elevate design standards, and mentor a growing team while remaining deeply involved in execution.
Must-Have:
- Skills 10+ years in digital product design leadership
- Experience managing and developing design teams
- Strong hands-on expertise with Figma and modern UX tools
- Proven success building scalable design systems
- Strong partnership skills across Product and Engineering
- Experience across both web and mobile products
- Bonus Skills
- Background in high-growth startup environments.
- Comfortable influencing executive stakeholders
- Knowledge of AI-powered design workflows
- They are Offering: $180-$220k base salary 100% remote work
