Entry-Level Manufacturing Shipping Associate

Location: Eastern Shore, MD

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 / hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

About the Role: We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member with good work ethic to support our manufacturing and shipping operations. This is a hands-on, entry-level role perfect for someone eager to learn quality testing techniques and assist with daily shipping tasks. On-the-job training is fully provided—no prior advanced engineering or supervisory experience required!

Key Responsibilities: Packing & Shipping: Carefully pack products into shipping crates and prepare orders for transport. Quality Inspections: Follow simple testing protocols using basic measurement tools (calipers, durometers, scales) to verify product specifications. Material Handling: Safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the work shift. Team Collaboration: Maintain a clean work area and assist senior team members with routine warehouse operations.

Qualifications & Requirements: 1 year of warehouse experience (preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or a similar trade)Clear verbal and written communication skills in English Energetic and organized team player who takes pride in doing things right Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Willingness to learn basic measurement tools and quality control procedures High school diploma or GED preferred (prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not required)
