Entry-Level Repair Technician Medical Devices Clinton, PA | Starting Pay: $18.75/hour | Full Training ProvidedTOPS Staffing is hiring Entry-Level Repair Technicians in Clinton, PA for a growing medical device operation. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy working with your hands, and want to learn a technical skill, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door. No previous medical device repair experience is required. You'll receive training on the repair process and have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance into higher-level positions. Schedule & Pay Start Time: Between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PMChoose the schedule that works best for you:8-hour shifts, MondayFriday10-hour shifts, Monday Thursday
Starting Pay: $18.75/hour
There is also a career progression path within the department, with opportunities to advance into higher-level roles paying up to $25/hour.
What You'll Do:
Help repair and refurbish medical devices in a clean and organized work environment. This is a hands-on position where you'll learn the process from experienced team members.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receive and inspect incoming medical devices
- Assist with cleaning and decontamination procedures
- Perform basic repair and assembly work with training and guidance
- Use hand tools and basic power tools for disassembly and reassembly
- Prepare completed equipment for packaging and shipment
- Follow established safety, quality, and work procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We're Looking For:
- This is an entry-level position, so we're more interested in your attitude and willingness to learn than a long list of previous experience.
- High school diploma or GEDDependable and reliable work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
- Comfortable using small hand tools and basic power tools
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office experience is a plus
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn new technical skills
Work Environment:
- Clean, organized medical device repair environmentPPE such as gloves and masks required
- Hands-on work involving medical equipment
- Ability to safely lift and handle equipment as needed
