Coffee Shop Coordinator

Oversee daily operations across Daily Grind locations, supporting staff and volunteers while ensuring consistent Starbucks-quality drinks, excellent customer service, food safety, and cleanliness. Manage operational budgets, cash handling, deposits, invoices, and register issues. Travel between locations is required. Oversee the daily activities and performance of baristas, staff, and volunteers. Ensure drinks are prepared consistently according to Starbucks recipes and standards. Provide high-quality customer service and build relationships with customers. Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards and ensure compliance with Health Department guidelines. Manage operational budget goals, product charges, cash handling, and accurate daily deposits. Prepare and pay invoices and resolve register and transaction issues.
