Role: Service Now Portal Developer Location: Austin, TX Duration: 12+ Months Job Id: CG-0354725 Job Summary:As the owner of our customer-facing Service Now Portal, this person will be an HTML/CSS/Java Script whiz motivated to create a modern, accessible user experience. The role also serves as Salesforce and Pardot administrator, supporting Outreach and Growth functions to attract potential Customers. Create and improve Service Now Portal pages and widgets for both existing and potential Customers Maximize Service Now Portal search engine functionality using advanced tags and filters Collaborate with Service Catalog Manager to enhance Portal interface Required Skills:Undergraduate degree, HTML/CSS expert, Java Script proficient, UI design expert Desired Skills:ITIL Foundations; familiarity with 508 (EIR) accessibility compliance; ITSM ticketing experience Agile/Scrum experience; experience with system properties and working in update sets; experience with workflows, scheduled jobs, and business rules; familiarity with cross-browser compatibility and mobile interfaces; ability to support continual service improvement by investigating and proposing alternative designs; Service Now Certified System Administrator or Application Developer
