Fine Art Coordinator

What You'll Do: Manage small projects from quote to billing and support larger projects as needed Coordinate small-parcel interstate Fed Ex shipments and support packing operations Support Account Managers with client files, purchase orders, documentation, and invoicing Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, and Packing teams to meet client expectations Provide professional communication and administrative support Support senior leadership with administrative and operational needs Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and safety policies

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Art, or a related field preferred Experience in logistics, fine art, or interior design environments Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with warehouse or logistics software (Moveware/Studio) preferred (training provided)35 years of logistics, warehousing, art handling, or packing experience preferred
