Trauma-Informed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Necco has an opportunity for a career as a Trauma-Informed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This role will target the treatment of both behavioral and emotional needs of individuals by offering education, support, and reinforcement related to treatment goals. The Trauma-Informed RBT will work with all Necco Center departments in supporting and training our teammates in providing trauma-informed care, understanding the "why" behind behavioral needs, and delivering/implementing functional behavioral analyses developed by a BCBA.
Qualifications
Education: High School or better.
Preferred: Associates or better.
Experience: Preferred 1 year of relevant work experience working with target population.
