Compensation This opportunity is available due to the departure of a long-standing provider. The incoming provider will assume an established client caseload, ensuring continuity of care and a full schedule from day one. This position is offered as an Independent Contractor (1099). Providers receive 80% of collected revenue, with Choices of Alabama retaining 20% to cover administrative services, billing, scheduling, credentialing, office operations, and practice support.
