Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support cardiovascular care across multiple skilled nursing facilities in New York.
You will perform patient assessments, work with cardiologists on treatment plans, manage medications, and educate patients to improve outcomes. The ideal candidate holds an active NP/PA license, a Master’s in Nursing, and LTC experience; travel between eight facilities is required.
