Experienced Direct Support Professional / Caregiver

What You'll Do: As a DSP, you'll serve as a mentor, teacher, and advocate while respecting each person's choices, preferences, and goals. Responsibilities may include: Supporting daily living skills, routines, and personal care Helping individuals access their communities and participate in meaningful activities Assisting with medical appointments Encouraging social connections and positive peer interactions Supporting recreational activities and personal interests Promoting health, safety, independence, and self-advocacy

Requirements: At least 21 years old High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation and a valid California driver's license Ability to pass a background check Weekend availability as part of a rotating schedule Previous experience in caregiving, direct support, or human services is a plus.
