Forklift Operator

Responsibilities: Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility Supply production lines with materials and pull inventory for work orders Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory activities Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records Conduct daily forklift inspections and report any equipment concerns Skills 6+ months of forklift experience Ability to obtain forklift certification if not currently certified Basic inventory, warehouse, or material handling experience Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working on your feet throughout the shift Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented Shifts Available Day Shift (7a-3:30p)2nd Shift (3p-11:30p)3rd Shift: (11p-7:30a)

Work Environment: This position is based in a manufacturing facility and involves operating forklifts, handling materials, and supporting production operations. The role requires frequent movement throughout the shift and a strong focus on safety and quality. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lawrence, KS.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
