Cardiothoracic Transplant Pharmacist - Lead Immunosuppression

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Cardiothoracic Transplant Clinical Pharmacist to join the transplant pharmacy team. The role rotates across inpatient and ambulatory heart and lung transplant services, leading immunosuppressive discussions and educating team members. The pharmacist will advance transplant pharmacotherapy, participate in rounds, and contribute to quality improvement and research, while precepting residents and students in a rich academic environment.
