Automation Engineer!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and implement automated test frameworks for backend APIs, microservices, and data pipelinesDevelop test suites using Pytest, Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent frameworksValidate ETL/ELT pipeline output quality including data accuracy, completeness, and schema adherenceSupport AI/ML model output validation including behavior testing and regression monitoringBuild and maintain integration and end-to-end test automation within CI/CD pipelinesCollaborate with engineering teams to define acceptance criteria and shift-left testing practicesPerform performance and load testing for high-volume retail transaction systemsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS3+ years of QA or software testing engineering experienceProficiency in test automation (Pytest, Selenium, Playwright, Appium, or similar) Experience testing REST APIs and backend microservicesFamiliarity with CI/CD integration for automated test executionSolid Python or Java scripting skills for test developmentUnderstanding of data validation and pipeline testing conceptsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with data pipeline or ML model output validationFamiliarity with GCP testing tooling and environmentsPerformance/load testing experience (k6, Locust, JMeter) Exposure to AI behavior testing or model regression monitoring
