Bil-Ot & Fiel Exection • Own physicl set-p, bmp-in, n bmp-ot logistics for every ctivtion, incling stffing, freight, fixtres, signge, n technology (POS, Wi-Fi, secrity). • Serve s the on-the-gron le or mnge fiel tem throgh instlltion n e-instlltion, trobleshooting isses in rel time. • evelop n refine repetble opertionl plybooks so ctivtions cn scle efficiently cross mltiple simltneos sites. Bget & Venor Mngement Bil n mnge bgets for ech ctivtion, from site cost throgh bil-ot, stffing, n ter-own; trck ctls ginst pln. • Sorce, negotite, n mnge reltionships with generl contrctors, fbrictors, freight/logistics proviers, n other thir-prty venors. • Report on ctivtion performnce (sles, cost-per-ctivtion, ROI) n trnslte lernings into shrper ftre site selection n esign. Permnent Stores & Renovtions • Spport new permnent store bilots, incling lnlor coorintion, permitting, n contrctor mngement, in prtnership with the retil n constrction tems. • ssist with renovtions of existing store loctions s they rise, pplying the sme rigor ron bget, timeline, n brn consistency.
