Your impact: Work with the team to optimize the current strategy components and identify new trading opportunities Research and test alphas to improve existing tools and identify methods to increase trading efficiency Focus on enhancing the production trading system and rewriting existing trades and signals

Your skills: A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree with an emphasis in a STEM related field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, etc.) with more than 2 years of relevant work experience Experience with Python, C++, and machine learning tools Ability to understand the optimization and profiling of trading systems with proven success of developing models in a low latency trading environment Strong multi-tasking skills, including the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at one time Our perks:3 Red offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
