Requirements:
- MD or DOBoard Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- Active, unrestricted U.S. medical licenseBLS certification
- Experience with TBI, neurological rehab, or complex trauma preferred

Patient Population: Active-duty service members, including high-acuity and complex rehab cases
