Opportunities would be for 8-hour shifts on 2nd and/or 3rd shifts, positions may be available now and/or for future growth. Candidates must be able to:perform critical thinking and complex problem-solvingwork independently, be a self-starter and meet deadlineshigh attention to detail and able to retain and follow detailed work instructionsdetect and communicate molding defects efficiently and effectivelywork through difficult and complex situations without becoming frustratedshow moral courage, integrity, openness, and honesty in all dealingsperform simple math and measurementscreate and maintain accurate production records Some of the responsibilities and job duties include:inspects and reviews plastic parts when moldeduse a variety of hand tools and power equipment to meet part standardsdemonstrate the proper usage and safety of hand toolsproperly identifies and prevents defective parts from being produced and/or shippedensures that parts are in accordance with customer and quality specifications, while maintaining an appropriate production pace6am-2pm
