Total Rewards Lead: Benefits & Payroll

Floyd's 99 Barbershop is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to manage benefits, compensation, payroll, retirement, and employee rewards programs across our multi-state team. You will handle day-to-day benefits administration, payroll tasks, and open enrollment efforts, ensuring accuracy and compliance while delivering a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and able to work independently with limited supervision.
