What You’ll Need: Willingness to travel by plane or car to worksites across multiple states Able to commute long distances for shifts (300+ miles) Willingness to work in remote locations and all-weather conditions Ability to work 12+ hour shifts for 14-20 days at a time Valid U.S. Driver's License Valid U.S. Work Authorization Pass background and drug screening Pass a Physical Functional Fitness Evaluation High School diploma, GED, or equivalent Minimum 1 year of experience in drilling or related positions (construction laborer, heavy laborer, mechanic, mechanical work)
