Cannabis Compliance Attorney: Enforcement & Appeals

Ohio Department of Commerce in Columbus, OH seeks an attorney to enforce cannabis regulation compliance. You will work with Compliance staff on investigations, handle hearings and appeals, and provide legal direction to inspectors and supervisors. Eligible candidates must be admitted to the Ohio Bar with at least 18 months of licensing, plus 6 months supervisory experience. Full-time, 8:00am–5:00pm, on-site at Riffe Tower, Columbus.
