This role is responsible for Network Administration and Support - DDI - DNS, DHCP, IP Address Management and Support, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise systems in a 24x 7 environment. Key Responsibilities Core Responsibility: Network Administration and Support - DDI - DNS, DHCP, IP Address Management and Support Perform advanced troubleshooting across systems, networks, or applications Lead or support incident, problem, and change management processes Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes Proactively monitor and respond to alerts and outages Automate operational tasks using scripting/tools where applicable Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery standards Maintain SOPs, knowledge base, and documentation Technical Skills & Tools Required tools/technologies: nan Strong troubleshooting skills, monitoring tools expertise, and automation capability expected.
