Director of Human Factors & Sustaining Engineering

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc is seeking a Director of Human Factors in East Greenbush, NY to shape how patients and caregivers interact with our combination products and ensure ongoing reliability of devices from development to commercial distribution. You will recruit and lead a high‑performing team of human factors and sustaining engineers, collaborate across design, engineering, regulatory affairs, and marketing, and own design changes and risk management files to deliver patient value.
