About the role

Golf Cart Operator Operate golf carts responsibly, always prioritizing guest safety and comfort. Conduct pre-shift vehicle checks and keep golf carts clean, charged, and guest-ready. Communicate immediately with managers about any vehicle or safety concerns. Warmly greet arriving and departing guests, assist with luggage, and provide transportation to and from their eco-tents. Provide property orientation and connect guests with Nightsky amenities, Marcerro, Swingtime, wellness offerings, onsite programming, and local dining and activities. Communicate effectively across departments, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage to share guest requests and ensure smooth operational flow. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable station & luggage storage. Manage daily station administration, including answering calls, monitoring radio communication, and responding promptly to transportation and guest requests. Support onsite programming, groups, events, activations, and other guest experiences as assigned. Uphold company safety standards, report hazardous or suspicious activity immediately, and follow emergency procedures calmly when required. Complete assigned cross-trained operational tasks, including guest programming activities, group and event execution, guest requests, and front desk coverage, as directed. Previous experience in valet, bell service, customer service, or hospitality preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills. Possess strong computer skills; knowledge of hospitality systems is a plus. Engaging, personable, and passionate about connecting with people. Master of multi-tasking, staying cool and collected in a dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail, organization, speed, and accuracy when managing multiple tasks. Work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent team player who collaborates effectively with co-workers and maintains a reliable, punctual attendance record. Thrive on learning new things and staying curious about the area. Have a personal interest in the outdoors, wellness, or active lifestyles. Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and move comfortably outdoors in varying weather conditions and uneven terrain. Flexible schedule availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. Have a clean driving record as verified by the DMV.Be prepared to move around because more than half of the time you will be standing/sitting, carrying/lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending/twisting, climbing stairs and more. You also must be able to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
