Multi-Craft Technician I- (A Shift)

MULTI-CRAFT TECHNICIANThe Multi-Craft Technician plays a key role in the daily production. This hands-on position requires strong technical aptitude, a team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The technician is expected to support all stages of the assembly process, maintain operational standards, and contribute to efficient production flow. There will be orientation training on all ISO certifications. This position is an A shift position. Mon- Thursday 7am-3:30pm. Perform a wide range of assembly operations across multiple workstations. Become certified in all assembly and packaging roles (Levels I IV).Follow and promote safety practices, including safe lifting and equipment operation. Inspect and maintain product quality in accordance with company standards. Apply 5S practices and seek out opportunities for process improvements. Support cross-functional teamwork and assist team members in daily tasks. Participate in training and knowledge transfer activities. Rotate between job assignments as needed to support production goals. Standard benefits package available; details provided during offer.
