Front Desk Guest Service Associate

Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests upon their arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and any issues that may arise during their stay Handle phone calls and reservations with professionalism and efficiency Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Provide guests with information about the hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options Process payments and handle guest check-outs Respond to guest feedback and reviews in a timely and courteous manner

Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Knowledge of hotel booking systems and Microsoft Office applications Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
