QA/QC Project Manager - Civil & Structural

The Role: The QA/QC Project Manager will take ownership of quality assurance and quality control across the civil and structural packages, working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, engineers, inspectors and trade partners. Managing QA/QC across civil and structural construction packages Developing and maintaining project quality plans, inspection procedures and documentation Performing site inspections and quality audits Monitoring earthwork, grading, underground utilities and site infrastructure Overseeing quality across concrete, foundations, structural steel and associated structural systems Reviewing drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs and approved shop drawings Managing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) Tracking Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and driving corrective actions Coordinating third-party inspections and material testing Reviewing testing reports, inspection records and quality documentation Ensuring work complies with contract documents, specifications, codes and project standards Supporting punch lists, turnover, closeout and final quality documentation Working closely with civil and structural subcontractors to resolve quality issues Maintaining QA/QC logs, reports and project records

What We're Looking For: Recent data center or mission critical construction experience is essential
