Weekend Availability : Must work at least one weekend, but enjoy the flexibility of a rotating schedule. Energetic, Team-Oriented Environment : Work alongside passionate professionals in a supportive, collaborative atmosphere. As aDirect Support Professional, you'll have the opportunity to: Make a meaningful impact bysupporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) .Play a key role as amentor, teacher, guide, and advocate .Support clients in areas such as: Community Access Personal Care Medical Appointments Peer Interactions Recreational Activities
What We're Looking For:
- Good Judgment & Problem-Solvingskills
- Excellentcommunicationandteam collaborationabilities
- A passion for helping others and the willingness tolearn and growwithin the role
- What You Need to Apply:
- Be21+years old
- Have reliabletransportationand avalid CA Driver's License
- Must pass abackground check
- Previous experience in human services is aplus
