Key Responsibilities: Safety LeadershipDevelop, implement, and maintain company safety policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory safety requirementsConduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessmentsLead safety meetings and training for employeesInvestigate workplace incidents and develop corrective action plansMaintain safety documentation and reporting requirementsPromote a strong safety culture throughout the organizationPurchasing & ProcurementMaintain relationships with vendors and suppliersObtain quotes and negotiate pricing when appropriateTrack orders and ensure timely delivery of materialsMonitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as neededWork with management to control purchasing costs and budgetsQualificationsExperience in workplace safety managementStrong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practicesExperience with purchasing, procurement, or vendor management preferredExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities
