Dallas Healthcare Consultants is recruiting a BCBA for an autism and rehabilitation provider in Edinburg, Texas. This opportunity offers flexible weekday scheduling and a weekly expectation of 25–28 billable hours.
Compensation and Schedule
$80,000–$90,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
Full-time, in-person position.
25–28 billable hours per week.
Flexible scheduling within office hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., while meeting billable requirements and clinical responsibilities.
Electronic medical record system planned; platform selection is underway.
Benefits:
10 days of PTO and paid holidays after completing the 90-day probationary period.
Responsibilities: Conduct behavioral and skill assessments.
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
Analyze treatment data and adjust interventions based on progress.
Supervise and support behavior technicians.
Provide caregiver education and training.
Collaborate with families and other treating professionals.
Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications: Current BCBA certification.
Active Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst credential by the start date.
Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical supervision skills.
Effective communication, organization, and documentation skills.
Commitment to supporting clients and families through evidence-based care.
