Senior Financial Analyst

Steven Douglas is partnering with a client seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a temp-to-perm opportunity. This role is ideally based in the Charlotte, NC metro area, with flexibility for strong candidates located elsewhere in the Carolinas, Greenville/Spartanburg, Atlanta, or along the I-85 corridor. This individual will assist with the following tasks: Leading FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Building and maintaining financial models and management reporting packages Partnering with business leaders to support data-driven decision-making Delivering financial insights that support operational and strategic priorities The ideal candidate will have the following:4+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience Manufacturing or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry background preferred Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP familiarity a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights If you can commit to the hybrid schedule, please apply now.
