Director, Finance

Location: Corporate Office in South Sioux City, Nebraska

What You’ll Do: Lead and develop a collaborative accounting and financial reporting team Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and regulatory filings Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and SOX requirements Serve as primary liaison for external audits and financial reporting matters Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting efficiencies Leverage financial modeling and advanced analytical tools to evaluate business performance and support data-driven decision-making Translate complex financial data into actionable insights and reporting that inform strategic planning and enterprise initiatives
