Store Clerk | Retail Sales Associate

Essential Job Functions: Meet & greet customers Assist customers with product selection and sales Answer phone calls and emails Process orders and take payment via POS system Setup customer deliveries Establish sales leads from customers Assist with day-to-day operations Maintain store cleanliness and product visibility Maintain retail stock levels on products Monthly product & sales review with Branch Manager Participate in progressive training on current and new product lines Complete product knowledge testing Prepare sample boxes for customers- washed and cleaned material

Job Requirements: Must be proficient with computers Must have cash handling experience Ability to work weekends Must have proper phone & email etiquette Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to learn all products within a period of time Bistrack knowledge, excellent verbal and written communication, leadership driven
