Program Management Costs / ULO Senior ManagerLead audit readiness efforts for Program Management Costs and Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs) within the AAT E&DL. Responsibilities include:Leading team members and sprint-based audit remediation effortsConducting walkthroughs and risk assessmentsDrafting RACMs and process documentationPerforming Tests of Design and Effectiveness for key controlsRequired Skills:Prior experience in audit remediation and risk/control designTeam leadership and Agile project delivery skillsStrong organizational and communication abilitiesMinimum Requirements :Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or Business Management, or CPA/CISA/PMP/CGFM/CDFM6 years of experience with federal financial management3 years of federal accounting experienceCurrent CPA license (preferred)
