Overview
In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of learning initiatives that drive performance across field leaders and trainers. You’ll partner with business leaders to translate strategy into measurable learning outcomes and design learner-centered experiences at scale. You’ll mentor design teammates and continuously advance evidence-based Learning & Development practices to accelerate business results. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a strong impact on enterprise capabilities and performance.

Responsibilities Develop and execute learning strategies and resources for Level Leaders, Field Trainer Leaders, and Field Trainers Lead facilitation and coaching conversations with field leaders on a regular basis Build trusted partnerships with business leaders to translate outcomes into performance objectives and learning moments Informally guide the design and execution of learning initiatives, creating high-performance learning journeys Apply learner research and adult learning principles to optimize experiences for business outcomes Collaborate with insights teams to design research, KPIs, feedback loops, and impact measurement Curate resources with internal stakeholders and external vendors Mentor design teammates and provide feedback to grow internal talent Stay current on Learning & Development research and experiment with new approaches to scale impact
Key requirements Master's Degree or equivalent in Education, Organizational Psychology, Human Capital Management, or related field 5+ years in corporate learning or performance consulting Advanced knowledge of Learning Sciences, Instructional Design, Assessment, Capability Mapping, and modern learning tools/methodologies Proven track record leading strategic design of firmwide learning initiatives with measurable impact Proficient understanding of Financial Services Industry and Talent Management Candidates must be within commutable distance to Tempe, AZ or St. Louis, MO and able to work in-office four days per week Diplomacy and objective consultation Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams Coaching and mentorship Learning Sciences Instructional Design Assessment
