Contract Mental Health NP/PA — Flexible Schedule

Lyra Health is seeking contract NP/PA-C to provide evidence-based psychiatric care to children through young adults in the Reading area. You will conduct 60-minute intake appointments, perform follow-ups, and manage medications within a connected Lyra network that supports cultural responsiveness and access to care. Applicants should have PMHNP or PA with psychiatry credentials, a current license, and a minimum of two years’ practice.
