Adjunct Instructor- Part Time (Physical Therapy Assistant)

Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in an applicable field is required. A Masters degree is preferred. An Active unencumbered New York State PTA or PT License is required. PTA clinical and teaching experience preferred. Experience teaching and working within a clinical setting is strongly desired. A strong background in electrotherapeutic agents, mechanical spinal traction, and electromyographic biofeedback is preferred. A strong background in musculoskeletal pathologies, interventions and assessment. A strong background in cardiopulmonary and integumentary pathology and interventions (including amputee rehabilitation and prosthetics). Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
