The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting of enterprise data center and hybrid cloud networking environments. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Cisco ACI fabric architecture, cloud connectivity, advanced network security, automation, and L4 escalation support. The candidate will work closely with architects, infrastructure teams, cloud providers, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing network solutions. Key Responsibilities Cisco ACI & Data Center Networking Lead deployment, configuration, and optimization of Cisco ACI fabric environments. Configure ACI constructs including VRFs, Bridge Domains, EPGs, Contracts, and associated policies. Implement network segmentation and micro-segmentation strategies. Manage ACI fabric maintenance, upgrades, and operational health checks. Troubleshoot complex data center networking issues involving ACI, VXLAN, and EVPN.Support multi-pod and multi-site ACI architectures. Cloud Networking & Hybrid Connectivity Design and implement hybrid cloud connectivity solutions, with a strong focus on Azure. Configure and manage Azure Express Route, VPN gateways, and cloud routing architectures. Integrate ACI with cloud-native networking services. Support hybrid workload traffic flows, routing, security, and performance optimization. Knowledge of AWS and GCP networking is an added advantage. Network Security & F5 Configure and troubleshoot F5 BIG-IP load balancers and application delivery solutions. Support network security policies, traffic management, and application connectivity. Implement security best practices across data center and cloud environments. L4 Support & Troubleshooting Act as an L4 escalation point for high-severity network incidents. Perform deep-dive diagnostics, packet captures, and traffic-flow analysis. Lead root cause analysis and preventive remediation activities. Coordinate with Cisco TAC, F5 Support, and cloud providers for complex issue resolution. Automation & Documentation Lead network automation initiatives using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools. Develop templates, playbooks, and scripts for repeatable deployments. Contribute to High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation. Create operational runbooks, implementation guides, and SOPs. Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ACI policy model and spine-leaf architecture. Expertise in Cisco ACI Multi-Pod/Multi-Site environments. Strong knowledge of L2/L3 networking protocols including BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, and EVPN.Mandatory experience with Azure networking and hybrid cloud connectivity. Mandatory experience with F5 technologies. Experience with Direct Connect, Express Route, VPN Gateways, and cloud routing. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or network automation tools. Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills. Preferred CertificationsCCNP Data Center or CCNP Enterprise. Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate. AWS Advanced Networking Specialty. Google Cloud Professional Cloud Network Engineer. Additional Information This is an onsite position in Phoenix, AZ. Candidates must possess strong hands-on technical expertise in Cisco ACI, Azure Networking, and F5 technologies and be comfortable working in a high-level L4 escalation and engineering environment.
