Senior Director, Value-Based Contracting

Alignment Health in California is seeking a Sr. Director, Care Delivery Organization (CDO) Contracting to lead the value-based contracting lifecycle across IPAs, health systems, and large physician groups. You will partner with Corporate Contracting, Network Development and Market Leadership to design and execute strategies, analyze claims data, and oversee contract performance to achieve cost and quality targets in a Medicare Advantage setting.
