Job Summary: The RN in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) delivers life-saving care to critically ill or injured children. This position requires specialized skills to monitor vital signs, administer complex treatments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities: Provide intensive nursing care to pediatric patients with severe, life-threatening conditions. Monitor vital signs and use advanced equipment to track patient status.
