Must-Haves:
- Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience
- Experience leading quality activities and supervising technicians
- Working knowledge of SPCFluency in food safety, GMPs, and hazard analysis principles
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPointWhat You'll DoLead Quality Technicians, including scheduling and attendance
- Review nonconforming data and drive corrective actions with production
- Lead the hold-for-inspection process, NCRs, disposition, and rework
- Support root cause investigations for customer claims and defects
- Maintain BRCGS and ISO documentation and support audits
- Train technicians and operators and uphold 5S standards
