About the role
Global Cellulose Fibers seeks a Mechanical Reliability Leader for the New Bern Mill to drive mill-wide reliability initiatives and reduce downtime.
You will lead development and maintenance of MWS, RCFA, SRR, PdM, Preventative Maintenance, and other reliability systems, while mentoring engineers and overseeing capital projects. A BS in engineering and 10+ years in manufacturing/reliability are required.
