Communications Manager

Responsibilities: Ensures effective communication among Customer, the Contractor, and stakeholders Develops a Communications Management Plan aligned to contract objectives Provides proactive, accurate, timely communications on services, major incidents, outages, and changes Tailors communication channels and content to various stakeholder groups Defines regular communication mechanisms for planning, prioritization, performance review, and issue resolution Coordinates with Customer program offices and business units (including FRMs), other Customer contractors, DHS components, airport authorities, and relevant agencies Participates in Contractor-to-Contractor (C2C) collaboration to ensure compatibility with other providers Identifies and resolve cross-contract frictions (tools, processes, schedules)Facilitates regular stakeholder engagement cycles for requirements, expectations, and dependencies Supports Customer reporting, oversight, and strategic planning by providing requested data and artifacts Qualifications: Bachelor's with 12+ years communications management experience (or commensurate experience)Must have experience in the development of campaigns for both communication and training to facilitate maximum user adoption with new and existing systems as well as for self-service adoption

Clearance Required: Ability to maintain a Public Trust clearance Posted Salary Range: USD $120,580.00 - USD $145,000.00 /Yr.
