Senior Counsel Tech / Manufacturing Remote working$Competitive package + LTIPs An international, fast‑moving technology and advanced manufacturing organisation is looking to appoint a Senior Counsel to support their US operations. You will deliver commercially focused legal advice in the US and internationally spanning commercial contracts, compliance, corporate, IP, data protection, employment, litigation/dispute resolution, construction and real estate You will bring strong commercial contracts (5+ years experience), commercial awareness and the confidence to engage across operations, sales, senior leadership and external counsel. Experience of export compliance would also be beneficial. This role offers breadth within a complex international business, providing an excellent platform for long‑term career development.
