Overview In this senior, individual-contributor role you will lead enterprise-scale RGM strategy and cross-functional growth initiatives to drive net revenue, margin, and market share. You’ll act as the RGM SME to senior commercial leadership, shaping plans with BUs and markets and scaling capabilities globally. The role blends analytics, transformation leadership, and practical deployment to deliver measurable value. This is a strategic, impact-driven position at Mondelēz’s RGM transformation journey.
